The PH10M PLUS motorized probe head increases throughput by giving automated CMMs the added capability of program-controlled probe reorientation. This enables the inspection of features at different angles without the need for frequent, time-consuming stylus cluster changes.

PH10M PLUS is compatible with a range of both contact scanning sensors and touch-trigger probes, allowing the size and form of critical features to be determined.

The Autojoint autochange systems provide fast, repeatable probe and extension bar exchange, without the need for re-qualification of the stylus tip, helping to maximize productivity.

The SP25M is two sensors in one and it has unrivaled flexibility due to the system’s modularity. Users can scan for form, position, and size but also take high accuracy discrete points by using a dedicated scanning module or, alternatively, use an adapter to carry the TP20 range of touch-trigger probe modules.

The SP25M’s compact size and autojoint mounting makes it compatible with PH10M and PH6M probe heads. It can also be mounted on an extension bar, providing excellent reach and access to part features.

Five scanning modules feature a pivoting design which delivers exceptional dynamic performance and optimized high accuracy performance over the entire stylus range from 20mm to 400 mm effective working length (EWL).

A range of stylus holders (SH25-1/2/3/4) is available to offer straight stylus carrying on the existing module range. For superior performance with crank/star/non-straight styli the use of the SM25-5 module and SH25-5 stylus holder, is recommended.

Module and stylus changing is enabled using the FCR25 flexible change rack, which can be located either on the CMM bed, or on the MRS modular rack system.
