TP2 Trigger Probe TP2 This is the traditional slimline switching probe for most applications. The small diameter, 13mm or 0.51", allows access into restricted areas. Its adjustable stylus force enables the probe to support a wide range of styli and extensions. Can be attached to the ends of the same diameter extension bars (PEL family) for longer reach. For manual or DCC applications.

Available in the 6-way configuration for minus-Z measurements.

TP6 / TP6A Trigger Probe TP6 / TP6M A larger, more robust probe than the TP2. The body diameter is 25mm or 0.98". Recommended for shop and production applications. The extended stylus force range of 10g-30g allows the use of longer styli without the problem of false triggers.

The TP6A model connects directly to the Autojoint mounting on compatible probe heads.

TP20 Trigger Probe TP20 The TP20 is a compact 5-way, or 6-way, kinematic touch-trigger probe system. The two-piece design, comprising probe body and detachable stylus module(s), connected using a highly repeatable magnetic kinematic coupling.

This provides the facility to change stylus configurations either manually or automatically without the need for requalification of the stylus tips, thereby giving significant time savings in inspection routines. Modules offering a range of trigger forces allow the probe performance to be best matched to the measurement task.

A set of probe extensions is also available, as is a 6-way module. The stylus mounting thread accepts styli from the Renishaw M2 range. The TP20 system is easily retrofitted and is compatible with existing touch trigger probe interfaces, extensions and adaptors.

TP200 Strain-Gage Probe TP200 The TP200 and TP200B are electronic probes using strain gauge technology which gives higher accuracy than kinematic touch-trigger probes. They combine outstanding metrology performance with superior functionality to produce a highly versatile DCC CMM probing system with excellent productivity.

Not recommnded for manual CMMs.

TP200 Strain-Gage Probe TP7M TP7M system configurationThe TP7M probe is an electronic probe using strain gauge technology, which gives higher accuracy, eliminates lobing and reseat errors and offers a much longer life than kinematic touch trigger probes.

Incorporating a multi-wired autojoint connection, the TP7M is compatible with the PH10M PLUS/PH10MQ PLUS motorised heads, PH6M fixed probe head, plus the range of multi-wired extension bars (PEM).

SP25 Scanning Probe SP25M The SP25M comprises two sensors in a single housing. Users can switch between a choice of five scanning modules (which can carry M3 styli with lengths from 20 mm to 400 mm) and an adaptor module that is compatible with Renishaw's TP20 range of probe modules. This capability enables scanning and touch-trigger probing in a single probe system.

The SP25M's compact size and autojoint mounting makes it compatible with the PH10M PLUS/PH10MQ PLUS and PH6M probe heads. It can also be mounted on a multiwired extension bar. Together, these combinations permit excellent reach and access to part features.
